As an HR professional with over 12 years of experience, including 7 years in managerial roles, I am committed to transforming HR into a function that enhances organizational culture, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. I believe in creating a positive, transparent, and process-driven environment where employees feel valued and empowered.Currently, I am leading the HR function at SZABIST University Islamabad, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing universities, where my team of four and I manage over 250 faculty and staff. I ensure compliance with Higher Education Commission standards and labor laws, while also focusing on optimizing HR processes for improved employee satisfaction.My prior experience includes roles at BrightSpyre, Pakistan’s first online recruitment platform, and Global Marketing Services, the second-largest group in the country for Vitro-diagnostic equipment. I managed HR for over 100 employees across multiple international locations, including Lithuania and Abu Dhabi, where I implemented strategic initiatives that supported both business objectives and workforce engagement.In addition to my professional HR expertise, I am also a visiting lecturer at SZABIST, sharing my insights and knowledge with the next generation of HR professionals.
