PL/SQL coding was used to write database procedures, triggers, queries, generate reports and supplement transactions. Developed and maintained Cash Counter Applications in VB 6.0 for cash collection on over 100 cash counters in the country. Automated the manual merging of data at day end by introducing real time updation of payments at the 30 online branches. Maintained a XML Web Services application for pushing transactions to OMANTEL via a leased line for its customers payments Worked on Fleet Management System and Offline Consumer Inquiry developed using VB 6.0. Developing new reports or screens for the principle companies. Installed Oracle Server 9i, 10g on the Windows Server 2003 platform. Performed various DBA tasks, such as managing Oracle instance and tablespaces, exporting and importing data, creating and removing users, granting and revoking user access rights. Involved in Project Initiation and system analysis.
