1. Perform Monthly vendor account reconciliation and, if any, investigate and resolve discrepencies.2. Assist in GL account and cost center determination for non-PO invoice processing in SAP.3. Liase with SSC for payment status and resolve payment issues.

I have completed my internship in HLB Ler Lum Chew (formerly known as Morison AAC) for a duration of 6 months. During my time in HLB Ler Lum Chew, I had learnt a lot from the seniors. As an audit trainee, I assist seniors in checking the client’s financial records including vouching, tracing, and cross checking. Besides, I also required to communicate with clients in order to request for documents or explanations to complete the task given by the seniors.Next, I also learnt interact and liaise with client on account and audit assignments. I also learn to provide support to senior on review of the client’s internal control process. During audit training, I also learn to familiar with accounting and audit procedures and to ensure compliance of Malaysian laws and approved accounting standards.Lastly, I also learnt that it is important to work independently and handle stress under tight deadlines with commitment and dedicate works to ensure the assignment is completed within timeline.
