1. Update process documentation (work instruction, process flow, SOP) in order to comply with HACCP and FSSC 22000.2. Prepare monthly production performance report including output and wastage.3. Involve in internal & external audit, customer visit and product traceability.4. Participate in role of Food Safety Team Committee to ensure update forms & record in compliance with FSSC 22000.5. Supervise raw material & finished goods in SAP (ERP System).6. Collaborate with R&D to introduce new products into manufacturing.7. Handle customer complains (Corrective Action Report).8. Identify & troubleshoot production issue, ensuring minimal downtime.9. Liase with maintenance department & machine maker for preventive maintenance and machine’s spare part.10. Follow up on relevant production non-conformance issue.11. Assist Safety & Health for schedule waste management.
