Assigned for VALE’s Reliability Improvement Package project for the Enhancement of Overall Reliability and Performance.4. Assisting Principal Consultant, Consultant and Senior Engineers for Reliability Performance Analysis Via RCM, RAM, Life Data Analysis and Reliability Growth Analysis.

Responsible for Quality control, Machine maintenance, Operation Report, Initial drawing, System testing and Procurement.1. Increased production efficiency by implementing new process technology.2. Improved harvesting capacity and reduced manpower on the field.3. Worked closely with R&D team to reduce operation cost and increase plantation yield.4. Lead newly designed system specifically for Kenaf Plantation by Cultivate-Agri.5. Lead quality check for new production machinery on site in Perlis.6. Engaged with professionals of mechanization for the purchase of agricultural machinery and tractors.7. Assist in spare part analysis for upstream and midstream process line.8. Prepared and managed weekly progress operation report and plantation report.
