    There is a new small fish in the ocean trying to compete against big fish. Primarily our operation is to focus on the problem that we have all been facing now; the late delivery even in the same state or receiving a broken parcel. The waiting keeps us longer, and our tracking indicator of parcels has gone through lots of places and lots of warehouses. It gives me an idea to start a better plan of delivery based on customer’s needs. During the pandemic, most customers were unable to make the purchase of needs at the physical shop. The study shows the rate of delivery service before the pandemic was around 20% - 30% per month but during the pandemic, it reaches 80% - 90% per month.For example of one local company of delivery service’s warehouse was a full house and unable to hold any additional parcels, but it kept receiving in daily. That situation may cost time to delays and leads to broken parcels. Many customers were frustrated, but they don’t have any other option which more affordable. Due to that circumstances, I propose better structural planning to minimize the damage which has been done at an economical rate. Focussing on same-day express delivery from door to door service with cheaper rate of service charges.With this plan, I can save lots of unemployed who are desperate to save money to put food on the table. With my better commission rate, it can provide more pocket money to our rider. Comparing to mine commission structure is more beneficial to the riders with 30% basic commission shall be received on every complete delivery. Therefore if, RM 10.00 cost of one order, the rider will be receiving RM 3.00 for each complete delivery with a 30% commission. RM 3.00 is the profits to the rider. And if RM 60.00 total cost per day is the rider will get RM 18.00. In the future, our business will be competitive with other local delivery services.
