- Coordinate recruitment of factory staff and ensure vacant positions are timely filled according to operational needs.- Handles the recruitment and selection process includes Job Posting, conduct reference checks, administer offer of employment process (from preparation of contracts through to employees reporting for duty).- Conduct induction programmed for new joiners & exit interview survey.- Ensure company’s manpower requirements are met within a reasonable time and within budget.- Liaise with government authorities (SOCSO, EPF, Income Tax, Labor Department etc. concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission, claims and relevant correspondences.- Assist Manager/management to develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures and all HR related management and administration of the workers.- Assist the manager in an analysis exercise of training needs.- Process and prepare payroll for every pay period and ensure timely delivery of all payments in accordance with deadline.- Generate yearly payroll master reports, statutory reports and EA forms for employees.- Maintain HR record (Employee personal file, database etc.)- Liaise with relevant authorities on staff complaints.- Prepare letter for increment / promotion.- Handle all the leave updates / claim.- Process attendances on daily basis.- Ensure all disciplinary policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff. - Process SOCSO & Insurance claims as required.- Assist manager to evaluate staff for promotion and yearly bonus. Ensure hostel discipline and take necessary action against any violation including but not limited to gambling, alcohol, smoking and fighting. . - Conducted successful internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.- Assist in the compilation of audit reports and other related documents.- Keep update master document with the latest information in ISO folder.- Assist in managing and bringing in expatriates if needed.
