My role at NUST as a Computer Technical Specialist is offering technical assistance and solutions to guarantee the seamless functioning of computer networks and systems. My responsibilities encompass identifying and resolving hardware and software problems, carrying out system enhancements and upkeep, and setting up and implementing new hardware and software. In addition, I work with others to create and carry out IT policies and procedures, lead end-user training sessions, and keep up with new developments in technology to suggest upgrades and additions to current systems. I support the effective running of the company's IT infrastructure by being proactive and having excellent problem-solving abilities, which provide smooth operations and peak performance.

During my MERN stack boot camp, I went through an intense program where I learned how to create websites from start to finish. I studied things like how to organize data with MongoDB, build the behind-the-scenes part of websites with Express.js and Node.js, and make the user-friendly parts with React.js.In the boot camp, we worked on group projects and did hands-on activities to practice what we learned. This helped me get better at problem-solving and working with others. Now, I feel ready to start a job in web development because I have all these new skills from the boot camp.
