Produce and export cocofiber and essential oil comodities

- Creating and provide new database regarding to Smelter project documentation- Coordination with Freeport Yokohama (JPN) team in related to web application that they provide for the project (Aconex application).- Coordination with Yokohama team in solving problem regarding documentation.- Giving presentation and socialization to all Jakarta team in using Aconex application.- Provide document numbering for Jakarta team documentation- Provide Jakarta team timesheet report to Project director in Yokohama regarding safety hours- Provide and control timesheet for each Contractors under PTFI Jakarta.- Make a good relation with all stake holder including related Indonesian Government personnel.- Provide internal monthly report to manager and project director.- Provide Smelter Project Progress Report to Government in monthly Report.- Support and provide any valid and approved data/document by management that requested by Indonesian Government.- Support and provide any technical data, presentation and all related documents for PTFI Director / Management.

- Creating new database for license and permit that related with Technical affairs department, the main idea to help users in make good documentation and easier find the document needed using Ms.SharePoint web application.- Define and create problem analysis for department needs regarding to controlling Performance and compliance.- Coordination with IT team in creating new web based application called Synergy App (the system was success running in early 2014). The function of synergy system are allowing user to register and record their job and help them to control their work in timely manner and save the document, link to their related work. The final result report can be used by Manager for controlling KPI and KRA their employees.- Provide monthly report to supervisor.- Provide documentation summary production report to manager- Support company in Creating RKAB (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya PTFI) every years since 2013 – 2016.- Support company in creating Feasibility study for long term production in 2014 – 2015

- Provide analysis and define SOP problem for each department, it could be by request by user and routine SOP check.- Proposed schedule to conduct SOP audit to Manager.- Create analysis report and new proposed SOP to Manager and related User Department Manager in timely manner.- Giving a small presentation to socialized new proposed SOP to user before conduct trial and error.- Proposed approval for final SOP to each stakeholder.- Providing a good documentation in softcopy and hardcopy and updating the main SOP list database in system for easier to find.- Conduct routine plant visit to check and control SOP in Plant.- Provide Monthly report to Manager

- Create new analysis business process for client’s needs (for new project)- Defines application design and structure by conferring based on client needs; evaluating procedures and processes.- Make a good relationship with clients, IT team and other stakeholder.- Defines application problem, make summaries documentation and giving right coordination and instruction to IT team.- Provide a Daily and monthly report progress to manager.
