• SequelMed EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System is customizable, secure, real-time, point-of-care, patient-centric application for clinicians, providing built-in decision support tools and alerts to aid clinicians in automatically capturing their decision-making rationale, ultimately providing comprehensive access to patient.• I joined this product from its inception and walked through all the phases till implementation, maintenance and support. Currently it is running with 100+ clients, with 1500+ providers and around 5000+ users.• Designed and Developed N tier; VB.NET windows based application with oracle 10g database at backend and web services in middle layer and following industry standards like CPT, ICD, SNOMED, LOINC, Rxnorm, CCD and HIPAA.• Engineered client side framework and UI navigation system using Infragistics Windows Controls providing authorization and auditing system for application use cases, allowing developer to create new UI screens simply by inheriting parent objects – reducing the overall bug count to more than 60 percent.• Walked though the process of certifying application with CCHIT in 2006, Labs like Quest, Enzo and LabCob, E-Rx, refills and eligibility from Surescripts and ONC-ATCB 2011/12 certification from Drummond group. Also certificated with OHIO state board of pharmacy.• Managed integration projects with Welch Allyn CardioPerfect, Signature Pad (TopazSystems), colonoscopy and endoscopy devices. Real-time integrated with different hospital feed in different formats using Microsoft Biztalk Server and HL7 interfaces.• Managed and developed Claim Scrubber and EnM system.• Directed and Managed document and imaging system with ability to Scan, Print, Fax and Email documents in multiple file formats.• Developed and Integrated transcription and speech recognition systems.
