Essential Responsibilities:1) Adhere to all safety procedures and practice good housekeeping. Perform job duties in accordance to all written work instructions and procedures.2) Operate equipment used to manufacture solar modules at acceptable quality and throughput levels.3) Maintain quality control procedures and required documentation.4) Ensure that the equipment is properly maintained and troubleshoots where necessary. 5) Responsible for effective communication and fostering teamwork.6) Solve day-today production, equipment, and process problems.7) Ensure all processes are running on target as defined by the Process Control Plan.8) Respond to SPC process control alarms, bringing processes back into control.9) Support the operation of pilot-line equipment to define a new process.10) Transition new equipment and processes through start-up, qualification, and implementation.11) Interface with internal associates as required, to complete assigned projects.12) Develop a complete understanding of area processes, equipment, and support systems.13) Maintain effective communication with supervision, maintenance, and manufacturing engineers.14) Disposition non-conforming product according to established criteria (NCP).15) Ensure waste materials are discarded in their designated containers.16) Ensure hazardous waste containers stay closed except when adding or removing waste.17) Occasionally work with the manufacturing engineering team to identity deviations and root causes of equipment malfunctions and/or process variation.18) Respond to SPC process control alarms, bringing processes back into control.19) Perform various shop floor manufacturing tasks as necessary.

During the internship period, i have been assigned to several tasks including preparation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for the hospitals' boiler maintenance work, monitoring the engineer assistant doing the maintenance of high capacity laundry machine and the maintenance work for the several hospital facilities which are the air conditioning system,medical gases, the water supply system, and also the fire fighting system.

I have been the person in charge for handling the case of maintenance and replacement of the POS terminal machine that covered the East Coast Region of Peninsular Malaysia. This machine has been used by the Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) agents that is called Ejen Bank Berdaftar (EBB). Most of them is located at the remote area such as Felda. so it required me to travel a lot from the headquarters at Selangor to their place to handle the maintenance cases and especially during the weekend. It is a challenging task to me but i love to get involved in this type of work. during the weekdays , i will be the person in charge of the helpdesk at the headquarters.
