I am Muhammad Ayaz. I did my graduation in BS Accounting and Finance from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan.As a Finance and Procurement Administrator at Serco Group PLC (Serco Middle East), I am entrusted with a range of crucial responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of various projects. Verifying petty cash across different projects, supporting sites with procurement-related activities, and managing the company's accommodation and transport services are just a few facets of my role. As the Accommodation Supervisor, I oversee the proper check-in and check-out procedures for our accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees. Similarly, in my role as Transport Supervisor, I manage the pick-up and drop-off services, guaranteeing that our employees reach their destinations safely and on time. One of the projects I'm involved with is Neom Hospital, where I handle the petty cash responsibilities, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. Additionally, I am responsible for creating various forms such as Manual Payment Forms (MPR), Advance Payment Forms, and Early Vendor Payment Forms (EVPR), streamlining the payment process and maintaining financial records. Ensuring compliance with tax regulations is another critical aspect of my role. I meticulously check the validity of tax invoices from vendors before forwarding them for posting, and I follow up with vendors to ensure the timely submission of valid invoices. Beyond these responsibilities, I also play a pivotal role in reconciling employees' salaries and overtime payments, ensuring accuracy and fairness in all financial matters. Furthermore, I oversee store verification processes, maintaining accurate records of all company assets. Prior to my role at Serco, I gained valuable experience as an accountant at Abdullah Textile Company in Lahore for one year. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting principles, further enhancing my ability to fulfill my responsibilities at Serco effectively.
