Responsible for managing a team of Distribution Manager/s and Relationship Manager/s for deriving the sales targets. Takaful Training to distributing banks' staff. Oversee the Sales support function and keeping a liaison with top management of the distributing banks namely Standard Chartered, Faysal, MCB, alBaraka, Dubai Islamic, Burj, Al Falah, NIB & BankIslami.

Atlas Asset is one of the group companies of Atlas Group. I was responsible for selling Atlas Funds & Voluntary Pension Fund units to both corporate and retail prospects. I headed southern region comprising Karachi, Quetta, Hyderabad interriot up to Sukkar. I managed a Sales Team of 20 people comprising ASMs and Investment Officers. My job responsibility also included developing and maintaining strong relations with distributors like Standard Chartered Bank, NIB Bank, Reliance Financial so that they sell Atlas Funds units. Another key responsibility that I had was the Training & Development to the new sales team members. I had also developed a training manual for the same. With my good grip on excel, I developed a Pension calculator that gave the projected pensions values.

Responsible for Individual Target for AMIM funds and to look after the Sales Team network of Al-Meezan Investments within Meezan Bank's branches. Directly reporting to the Head of Marketing and Sales.

In-charge of NIT Sales Counter at UBL, North Nazimabad. I had sales targets on annual basis that were always surpassed. NIT had only one Equity Fund. I became a unique product of this industry as this was the first experience by any AMC to set up its sales counter within a different entities' (bank) setup. Later the counter was winded up due to UBL being privatized and having launched its own AMC. I was then moved to NIT Civic Center branch.
