Going back to the actual words of one of my mentors and teachers who taught me many things, "Bilal, the best thing a human being can do is help someone" Fast forward couple of decades this has stuck with me. Being in the customer service industry for more than a decade I have understood no matter how good the technology gets or however many chat-bots are created a human interaction is always going to be undefeated.Keeping that at the core of every learning discipline I have involved myself into, I have helped myself develop any skill available that could be translated into a multichannel energy of customer interaction. Over the years with this curiosity and not a very constant effort, I developed a skill to understand the industry inside out and ranging from giving that support myself to help others manage to do so is a journey that takes me to the self reflection of "helping someone" everyday. This passion is how I would define myself if there ever was a biopic.
