- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings- Give input and ideas to company directors regarding business strategies- See possible business development opportunities by referring to the existing core business- Plan and supervise new marketing- Seeing the potential of existing human resources to enable the development of the company from its human potential. (Cooperation with Human Resource Department)- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

- Looking for clients that make it possible to benefit the company- Make technical presentations and product demos according to client requirements- Negotiation and closing sales with agreement or contract- Offer after sales service- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers- Travelling to visit potential clients

- Responsible for quality in the company's products and services- Ensure products are in accordance with company standards- Initiate meetings with quality control, ppic and foreman teams every week- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues- identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
