Ezra is a skillfull person with strongwill to develope himself to be a better creature. He is a process-oriented and adapt with ease in anykind of situation and pressure. Currently He's focused to improve his softskill such as leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and public speaking, also education through some positive and beneficial activities like external organization, competition, workshop, training, etc. From now on he would like to join every committee/staff recruitment especially in oil and gas sector.
