• Assists Production Manager in supervising and coordinating Finishing Line operations from inputof raw master panel at sanding to the transfer of pack to Finished Goods (FGS).• To plan, administer and review Finishing Line activities to maximize throughput, optimizeresource use, control cost and maintain quality standards.• Coordinate with Production Planning Team to determine production planning that meets marketorders and stocks requirement in the quality, quantity and time frame as required by customersand internal planning requirements.• To ensure all operation are performed in accordance with the relevant statutory regulations,company procedure, machinery manufacturers’ guidelines and standards.• To ensure Finishing Line operations are effectively manned, supervised and controlled during alltimes of planned production including nights, week-end and public holidays.• To ensure timely and accurate submission of reports including daily production, monthly andincident investigations.• To contribute in the preparation of annual budget and goals setting.• To periodically review performance against plans and budget, and to account for variances.• To identify, plan and coordinate recurrent and development of training needs for Finishing Lineemployees to maintain high standard of competency.• To initiate reviews to improve efficiency, reduce cost and maintain high standard of housekeepingand safety.• To create close working relationship with other department to ensure achievement companygoals.• To create a positive environment for change, adoption of best practice, and the achievement ofhigh performance work team.• To support company programs on business improvement, employee welfare, communityrelations, etc.• Develop, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance, housekeeping and safety relatedactivities.• Trouble shoot process problems and implement approved corrective action.

• Plans and directs activities for daily, weekly, and monthly quality inspection.• Construct and develop new SOP and WI for QA&QC department duty.• Revise and include some improvements to the previous/old SOP and WI.• Maintain/monitor the calibration for each tools and equipment for production.• Perform an inspection for each incoming and outgoing products.• Reviews laboratory reports of each lab test for quality control purposes.• Directs and coordinates investigation of complaints concerning defective products.• Recommends response to complaints, considering test reports, production records, legal standards, and complaint validity.• Confers with customer representative to resolve complaints.• Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials and parts received.

• Performs any combination of following duties to provide technical support to workers in information processing departments: Develops work goals and department projects.• Assigns and coordinates work projects, such as converting to new hardware or software.• Designates staff assignments, establishes work priorities, and evaluates cost and time requirements.• Reviews completed projects or computer programs to ensure that goals are met and that programs are compatible with other programs already in use.

• Inspection of processing and storage tank and pipelines for defects, following specified inspection procedures: Examines mechanical installations, instrumentation, valves, and fittings for defects, such as cracks, corrosion, and leaks.• Measured thickness of tank walls, tower walls, and pipelines, using calipers and electronic instruments, to determine extent of corrosive damage.• Prepared inspection reports to indicate nature of repairs and replacements required and to specify safe limits of temperature and pressure to follow pending repair of unit.
