PROJECT:1. EPCI Aircraft Fuel Depot (DPPU) Development Project, Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan, Pertamina Aviation.2. LPG Storage Tank, Piping, Instrument and Jetty Construction, Cap. 2 x 3000 MT, LPG Depot, Dumai, Pertamina Responsibilities:• Project tender preparation: site survey, technical review, preparing piping BOQ as project requirement (material type, quantity and man power), and work plan scheduling.• Calculate piping stress analysis based on code stress ASME B31.3 for piping and ASME B31.4 for pipeline. Simulated using CAESAR II Software.• Assessed risk of flange leakage using equivalent pressure method and NC-3658.3• Calculate and solved excessive pump nozzle loads based on API 610 by modifying routing and support.• Generate tank nozzle check using WRC-107 method • Generate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for fatigue and stress evaluations of tank nozzle connection. Simulated using NozzlePRO Software• Issuing technical query (TQ) for subject change engineering related• Generate piping hydrotest test package and test block• Produced piping deliverables: Piping material specification, tie-in list, tie-in procedure, piping material catalogue, critical line list, procedure for partial commissioning, procedure document for tank operation, piping material bulk, general specification for painting• Checking correctness of MTO, Isometric drawings, P&ID, and vendor GA drawings• Inspect on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of piping components such as valves, fittings, and special items based on standard codes• Reviewed Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and FAT report from vendor• Reviewed on pipe, valves, and fitting material type offered from vendor to be comply with standard codes and datasheet• Preparing pipe load data for civil calculations• Piping line check: Support type check, piping material check, visual welding check, checking on constructed piping line to be comply with piping plan and P&ID

Project:Pertamina Refinery II Dumai Indonesia for Project Piping Line Sea Water Unit 701, 702, 211, 212 Replacement, Turn Around 2020Responsibilities:• In charge as site supervisor and supervised construction team on execution of project from first phase of construction until piping commissioning.• Generate construction method: piping fabrication method, erection method, and hydrotest test package• Drawing piping isometric and review P&ID based on actual.• Conducted site surveys to review existing pipe and pipe support placement• Create piping Material Take Off (MTO) and piping bill of quantity.• Generate daily reports, timetable and project progress using Microsoft Project

Responsibilities: • Ensure the quality and authorized the product based on international standards of aviation.• Evaluated manufacturing processed by implementing lean six sigma practices and managed to improved process efficiency approximately 5%.• Improved test method for inspection, documentation, sampling plan, and sampling table.
