Practitioners can manage schedules, book appointments, and communicate with clients through Twilio for calls, emails, and SMS. A workflow builder module enables real-time user status tracking, while reminders ensure timely appointment notifications. In my role, I developed core CRUD functionalities for business and role management, created the schedule and appointment module using React Big Calendar with custom styling, and built the Twilio-powered conversations module for seamless client communication. I also developed the workflow builder UI for tracking user status activities and contributed ongoing bug fixes, support, and collaboration to continuously enhance the platform.- Developed and maintained an internal QA tool for Venture Dive, replacing TestRails and reducing costs. I built complex UI components, including multi-level tree structures, using Ant Design (AntD), managed encoded API integrations, and collaborated with the Java Spring Boot backend team on new features and bug fixes. Daily deployments involved creating Docker images and running them on containers within an always-on Linux virtual machine to ensure continuous delivery and system stability. During this period, we were focused on releasing the beta version of the tool, which streamlined testing workflows and significantly enhanced the QA process. Show less
