I am currently serving as an HR Manager at China Estate Construction Company in KSA, where I handle a diverse array of responsibilities critical to our international operations. My role encompasses both the strategic and operational aspects of HR, including:• International Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding personnel from various countries, with a specific focus on EU expatriates. This involves comprehensive candidate selection, proposal drafting, and negotiation to secure top talent for our international projects.• Personnel Management: Overseeing the entire employment life cycle for our EU expatriates, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and termination. I ensure compliance with company policies and international employment standards.• Resource Coordination and Mobility: Actively monitoring project resource availability and organizing relocations or internal mobility as needed to meet project demands and facilitate smooth personnel transitions.• Expatriate Administration: Designing competitive remuneration packages, preparing contracts, handling pre-employment and expatriation processes, coordinating with payroll services, and conducting labor cost analyses to support financial planning and compliance.• Project HR Support: Providing continuous HR assistance to active projects to ensure all personnel-related requirements are met effectively.This role requires a dynamic approach to managing international personnel and ensuring seamless integration within the company's operational framework.
