Divisional Engineer Lahore
Current- Managing the projection, planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely construction of new retail refueling stations/outlets in the division.- Collaborating with government bodies (e.g., Highways, Railways, Aviation, Forces, etc.) to establish new institutional retail outlets and maintain existing retail refueling stations/outlets.- Monitoring, controlling, and ensuring the implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for over 150 outlets in the division.- Overseeing the operations of the replacement cycle for equipment at retail outlets, including procurement, transshipment, installations, and scrap disposal. This equipment includes dispensing units, DGSETs, pump controllers, carwash hoists, steel structures, electrical components (panels and lighting), and signage.- Ensuring the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policies at retail outlets, including Permit to Work (PTW), Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), safety drills, and HAZOP, in accordance with government bodies such as OGRA, Departments of Explosives, and Civil Defense.- Utilizing SAP/ Lotus for postings related to PM, MM, FI Module in Purchase Requisition (PR) creation, progress reports, fact sheets, fixed assets, CAPEX, OPEX budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and analyzing Maintenance and Repair (M&R) expenses.
