• Producing financial reports relating to Budgets, account Payables, account receivables, expenses and evaluate them to optimize resources.• Processing Invoices keeping accuracy of daily records.• Update and reconcile internal system with daily, monthly and yearly financial data.• Reconcile bank statements and participate in financial audits.• Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and payments• Resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales team.• Identifying areas of cost reduction to maximize profit.• Creates business plans based on the financial forecast and the analysis of the company

• Process order from Invoicing to the collection and make sure that orders are delivered in a timely fashion to establish a strong relationship between the customer and the company.• Process Letter of credit (LC) for payment and collections.• Monthly preparation of Financial reports, Prepare monthly closing process including reconciliation of Bank, Stock, Creditor, Debtor, handling petty cash.• Monthly preparation of Financial reports i.e Income Statement, Financial Positions, Cash Forecast, Accruals and Prepayments, Provisions, monthly bank reconciliation and KPI management.• Prepare Monthly Audit reports for Horwath Mac and group.• Custom clearing: Processing bill of Entry, Exit, Export, permission, document handling, duty exemption refund, processing UAE customers import codes.• Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Customs and Customers for timely collection/ dispatch and follow-up till shipments arrival at client premises/ ports throughout the GCC.• VAT filing on FTA portal & handling custom charges, duty exemptions account on Hamriyah freezone Customs Portal.• Attend and reply to client queries and proactively update them on the status of their shipments.

• Maintain a filing system for all financial documents / inventory files• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files• Analyzing financial data and making conclusions Involved in producing and analyzing year-end financial accounts• Carried out general ledger functions including account analysis and reconciliation.• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.• Involved in preparing monthly management accounts and assisting in bank reconciliation.• Payroll processing including Employees & other expenses Reports and statutory or non-statutory deductions.• Maintaining fixed Asset Stock Register.• Match purchase orders confirming prices and quantity to vendor’s invoices.• Verify receipt of material or services/confirmation of receipt of material or services.• Check accuracy of employee reimbursement expenses before processing.• Enter invoices in accounting system for payments ensuring correct approval, coding and matching.• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoicing/ payment inquiries and discrepancies.• Respond to vendor’s inquiries in a timely and professional manner.• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures• Prepare batches of invoices for data entry

• Monitor expenditure against the budget and assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.• Cash accounts, Fee collections, Payroll for Visit, Full time staff and payable balances on amonthly basis.• Support the Accounts Management in development of effective budgeting, forecasting and planning processes • Coding and posting petty cash transactions, Checking and posting of staff expense claims.• Send Payment reminders/ follows-up on payments, defaulters and issuing invoices for students and vendors.
