SCCR works covers a wide range of stem cell as regenerative medicine and cancer stem cell issues with more than 10 years of experience. As a researcher, I conduct study on the activity of natural compound against cancer stem cells supervised by Dr. Awik Puji Dyah Nurhati, M.Si together with my team. My roles in this project are described as follows:• Discussing the research plans, method, budget and material preparation for research with the team.• Testing the activity of natural compound, named trisindoline 5 on breast cancer stem cells through several parameters, including cytotoxicity, apoptosis and gene expression.• Create the scientific report and the manuscript, then submitted as research article in international journal.

Teaching 19 students in junior high school from 7th to 8th in enrichment program for science olympiad preparation. Working with another teacher in their expertise field. Maintaining healthy relationship between program coordinator and other teachers. My work involved: • Design syllabus, assessments and evaluation and learning materials.• Enrich and improve the student’s capability in biological science by intensive coaching. • Research the current/ updated competition and informed to the students to get the chance participated in science competition.• Able to prepare and deliver 5/19 students to get silver and bronze medals in the national science olympiad within the last 1 year.

During my bachelor study, I involve research in the Microbiology and Biotechnology Laboratory and Plant Science Laboratory supervised by Dr. techn. Endry Nugroho Prasetyo, MT. and Wirdhatul Muslihatin, M.Si. As a student researcher, I conduct research on the following topics:•Immobilization of Enzyme. Study of immobilized oxidoreductase enzyme, Cellobiose Dehydrogenase (CDH), isolated from T. versicolor using kappa(κ)-carrageenan and chitosan as polymer matrix as an alternative techniques of enzyme to be used repeatedly. CDH uses cellobiose and cello-oligosacharides as electron donors to reduce oxidized phenolic antioxidants, quinones, or molecular oxygen to H2O2 (a well-known antimicrobial agent).•Enzyme Production. Production, isolation and characterization of Laccase isolated from T. versicolor which known able to catalyze the oxidation of various aromatic and phenolic compounds. Created a scientific report and presented to the advisor.• Gold Phytomining. Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) as one of the gold hyperaccumulator plant is used as the main agent of gold phytomining symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi (AMF), which presented in external monitoring and evaluation (MONEV DIKTI) at ITS Surabaya.
