I manage monthly staff task assignments and conduct team meetings to delegate tasks and brainstorm content ideas collaboratively.I lead and supervise the video production process, ensuring that the footage and presenter expressions effectively convey the intended message. I handle the post-production video editing, making necessary revisions and uploading the final videos to our YouTube channel or Instagram Reels on Gemagazine PNJ.I collaborate with other divisions, particularly for the "Gema Lihat" project, by holding editorial meetings to discuss coverage ideas and ensure alignment with our media's vision and mission. Additionally, I manage the Media Gemagazine website, including uploading articles and photos, maintaining the site, and using plugins for advertising and SEO to ensure our articles are indexed by Google. We use WordPress CMS to manage the Gemagazine PNJ website.
