CurrentHVAC & Fire Protection Design◽Designing advanced HVAC systems for high-rise buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, and various industrial projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.◽Creating & Implementing (SOPs) based on ASHRAE 90.1 (2022) and ASHRAE 189.1, ensuring complete implementation of these standards across all projects to achieve energy efficiency and sustainability.◽Designing comprehensive Fire Protection systems in accordance with NFPA codes, ensuring optimal safety, system reliability, and compliance with fire safety regulations to safeguard life and property in high-risk environments.◽Conducting detailed hydraulic analysis using PIPENET to evaluate the performance of piping and pump networks for HVAC and Fire Protection systems, focusing on pressure distribution, flow rates, and system reliability & redundancy.BIM-Revit◽Preparing MEP models in Revit, ensuring seamless integration between disciplines and enhancing project coordination.◽Conducting energy modelling and performance simulations on Revit to optimize system designs and validate compliance with energy efficiency standards.◽Performing Clash Detection using Navisworks Manage, identifying and resolving conflicts across MEP systems, architectural, and structural elements.◽Developing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and leading BIM-oriented cost estimation using Revit to ensure precise material specifications and accurate project budgeting for MEP systems.Project Management & Technical Documentation◽Preparing comprehensive technical and financial offers for tenders, ensuring competitive bids with accurate project costings.◽Evaluating tender documents, performing technical assessments, and issuing detailed reports for decision-makers, to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.◽Drafting in-depth technical reports for industrial clients and senior management, summarizing design analyses, project progress, and key findings to guide strategic decisions.
