Every day is a new adventure! As a Product Manager, this is especially true in my case. I juggle many (metaphorical) hats, including, but certainly not limited to: Customer advocate, Day-to-day decision-maker, Communicator with the business, Technical Project Manager, and Data Analyst. To excel in these roles, I engage with numerous people both inside and outside of the company.I place a strong emphasis on keeping up-to-date, understanding that present events will influence what happens next. From scrutinizing Excel files to overseeing Customer Support operations, and examining direct customer feedback, my involvement is total. Currently, I play a pivotal role in the growth and market strategy of "Xoopah", an upcoming web app SaaS product for the US SMB market.You'll often find me either researching information and/or contemplating ways to the use the information I've collected to improve a particular aspect of our product and add more value for both our users and the company. This is where I excel as a Product Expert - armed with feedback, I stand by the whiteboard, distilling intricate data into practical insights. This approach is complemented by my ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively, bridging the gap between technical complexities and understandable, practical solutions. This synergy of skills is crucial for diving tangible results and propelling real-world success. Personally, I enjoy meeting new people and engaging in meaningful conversations. I an avid agamer and find immense joy in immersing myself in their lore. Additionally, I have a keen interest in history, technology, design and global news. There's a part of me that's always concerned about missing out on incredible experiences and knowledge in the limited time we have. I am firm advocate for universal education and equity for all.
