Audit Senior - Audits & Independent Reviews from elements of planning through to completion and reporting, including oversight & review of work performed by others;Tax Administrator - Computation of tax liabilities, preparation & completion of tax returns (including indirect taxes), disclosure of tax notes, investigations in to tax affairs & preparation & submission of disputes with S.A.R.S;Internal Accounting - Preparation and review of accounting records (cash book through to trial balance), preparation of annual and management financial statements, preparation and review of direct and indirect tax control accounts & schedules;Company/Close Corporation/Trust Secretarial & Administration Functions - Preparation & review of statutory returns, statutory registrations and preparation, maintenance & review of statutory records;Management & Other Consulting - Complete internal control appraisals, accounting/operating system design, analysis & testing, financial planning and forecasting.
