I conducted surveys, interviews, and research to gather data, and then collaborated with the team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

As the Head of Finance for NESCO 2024, I am responsible for overseeing the financial management of the event. This includes budgeting, managing financial records, ensuring all expenses are accounted for, and working closely with other departments to allocate resources efficiently. I also oversee the financial transactions and ensure transparency in financial reporting.

As an IMMt staff member of the Social Service Society, my responsibilities involved organizing and coordinating social service initiatives, including community outreach programs and fundraising events. I collaborated with team members to plan and execute projects aimed at addressing social issues and supporting vulnerable populations.

As the PSB Genap 2024 PIC of Documentation, my responsibilities included capturing and organizing photos and videos of all graduates during thesis defense and all events during PSB Genap 2024

In my role as a Staff of Media Content for AKSIOMA FTUI 2024, I am tasked with creating, curating, and managing media content that promotes the event. This involves collaborating with graphic designers, video editors, and social media teams to produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience. My responsibilities also include scheduling content releases and monitoring engagement metrics.

As a Staff of Fundraising for the Teknik Open House, I focus on securing funds and sponsorships necessary to support the event. My duties include reaching out to potential sponsors, crafting persuasive proposals, and negotiating sponsorship deals. I also coordinate fundraising activities, ensuring they align with the event’s goals and financial needs

As a Nanomaterials RSC FTUI staff member of Member Development, my responsibilities involved nurturing the growth and engagement of members within the organization. I organized workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance members' skills and knowledge in the field of nanomaterials. Additionally, I provided mentorship and support to new and existing members, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

In my role as Staff of Publication and Documentation for Todung FTUI Cup, I handle the creation and distribution of promotional materials, as well as the documentation of the event. This includes producing flyers, banners, and social media posts, and ensuring that the event’s highlights are captured through photos and videos. I work closely with the event’s organizing committee to maintain a consistent brand image across all publications.

As the Metal on Teknik Cup PIC of Modern Dance, my responsibilities included coordinating rehearsals, managing schedules, and overseeing all aspects of the modern dance performance. I worked closely with choreographers and dancers to ensure the performance was polished and cohesive.

I managed budgets, and ensured timely setup and takedown of decorations. My accomplishments included creating visually stunning and cohesive decor schemes that enhanced the overall ambiance of each event, earning positive feedback.

As a Freshman Fair 2024 Staff of Logistics, my responsibilities included planning and coordinating the setup and teardown of event spaces, managing the distribution of supplies and materials, and ensuring all logistical aspects ran smoothly. I handled inventory, and resolved any on-site issues promptly.
