Forum QHSE BUMN Konstruksi is an association of organizations (QHSE) that oversees the Quality Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) of all state-owned construction companies.The responsibilities I handled:• Created a strategic plan by considering every opportunity and risk of the work program.• Create, manage, monitor, and evaluate administrative systems.• Representing the organization as a contact person for 16 PICs of BUMN Karya Companies and other companies.• Manage social media and create customized publication content based on trend analysis and needs.Currently highlights:• Collaborated with Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in organizing a workshop on decarbonization in the construction sector attended by 100+ invited experts.• Organized educational activities on the application of OHS culture in schools and disaster-facing simulation in the framework of National OHS Month at MAN 4 Jakarta, which were attended by 400+ participants.• Organized 10 national webinars on quality, health, safety, and environment theme, which were attended by 2.100+ participants.

PT Arutmin Indonesia is a coal mining company operating based on Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus (IUPK). Occupational safety and health is the main value that the company pays attention to in carrying out operational activities.My activities and project during the internship:• Optimize mining safety implementation based on Directorate General of Minerals and Coals No. 185 of 2019 by conducting mine inspection, commissioning, APAR inspection, basic ERT training (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation), safety talks, and health talks.• Innovate the implementation of HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) in the workplace by creating a health risk assessment program focuses on potential hazards that cause health problems for explosives workers.• Renew SBO (Safety Behavior Observation) form and use the instrument with one of the contractors to find out implementation of safety culture based on top management commitment, work regulations and procedures, communication K3, worker competency, and worker involvement.• Update housekeeping system through regular canteen inspection activities by focus attention on hygiene and implementing the 5R system.

PT Pelni Persero is a company that operates in the field of sea transportation services in the form of inter-passenger and logistics services. Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment is important parts in realizing customer trust in the quality provided to users.My activities and project during the internship:• Create a risk assessment program for work positions (ergonomics) at each work station (computer) using the ROSA (Rapid Office Strain Assessment) method for all employees (9 members) of the QHSSE Department in the head office.• Renew implementation of occupational safety and health that focuses on hazard analysis and risk management using HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Controls) method at the head office.• Analyze and evaluate the Implemention of industrial hygiene based on Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 5 of 2018 and SNI 16-7062-2004 related K3 Work Environment by measuring lighting intensity using a lux meter in 30+ work stations (computer) at Branch Office PT PELNI (Persero) Tanjung Priok.• Optimize government regulations SMK3 by assisting and participating in internal and external audit activities conducted in the head office and branch offices.

Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Kerohanian Islam (UKMKI) is an organization for student activities in the development of Islamic spirituality in the campus environment and the academic community. UKMKI also facilitates various campus coaching activities and learning facilities that focus on Islamic values.The responsibilities I handled:• Support 10 departments in UKMKI to develop and share information related to the Islamic spiritual organization's work program with internal and external parties of the university.• Monitor the work programs of the public relations divisions/departments of Islamic spiritual organizations in 15 faculties every month.• Planning and decision-making for every work program, while fostering team synergy among over 20 members to collaborate, assess, and enhance each task.• Empower former members by providing information sharing facilities to enhance the capacity and capability of new members.
