• Responsible for managing the company as Country Representative.• Responsible for managing Key Accounts in Pakistan and Afghanistan that includes PIA, Shaheen Airport Services. Ariana Afghan Airline, Shaheen Air, Airblue.• Reporting to Sales Director Middle East & Turkey based in Bahrain. • Responsible for achieving new business, Customer Satisfaction and receivables targets set by Regional Management.• Business development by getting new customers and introducing new services to existing customers.• Travelling to domestic and international destinations for internal and external meetings.• Responsible for developing and implementing SITA account strategy within the assigned customers.• Responsible for finding, evaluating and enrolling local partners for different projects.• Building relationship with related government departments.

• Responsible for Country wide operations and customer support services. • Country wide Site Management of all the Network Centers and Offices.• Managing country wide projects for SITA customers by utilizing the highly skilled team of Field Service Engineers in Pakistan, and constant monitoring of their progress.• Responsible to meet KPIs as per agreed contracts in order to achieve customer satisfaction.• Hiring of new engineers, setting their goals and biannual performance review in order to support members to achieve their targets.• Keeping an eye on Market position for new opportunities and assisting Sales and Pre-Sales Team to provide competitive prices. • Vendor Management for site maintenance and ongoing customer projects.• Responsible for Customer Relation Management by using CRM tools.• Sourcing, Forecasting and budgeting for workshops in Pakistan.
