Iqbal has worked at a F&B company since 2020 as a Quality Control and Document Control, where he already knows how the process of checking the quality of a food starts from receiving raw material or packaging material, the production process, and product delivery. He also has knowledge of Sensory Evaluation, Shelf life, Halal Assurance System (HAS), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), 5R, ISO 22000, and BRCGS for Food Safety Issue 9.Responsibilities as a Document Control :• Assist the QC Manager in implementing Dept. Program QC, Management Review Meeting, Internal Audit dan External Audit• Control all documents (SOP, IK and Form) in the Central Production Facilities• Control data from QC activities• Create a weekly report of QC activity • Coordinating with pest control dan chemical vendor
