Part Quality Staff
Current- Coordinate with suppliers for local parts development to ensure the specifications and quality are in line with Honda standards.- Analyze rootcause and countermeasure for problem parts occured at inhouse, export, and market.- Audit and verification changes at suppliers controlled based on spec using SCIPP and IPP Control.- Understanding Drawing, HES, JIS, Specification, PQCT, IRD, IS, and FMEA.- Understanding management and flow process at suppliers with document and genba verification to improve process from raw material until finish good product.- Ensure parts delivery runs as scheduled with appropriate quantity and quality based on packaging standard and traceability lot control.- Analyze to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
