PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja or we can say pusri is a one of fertilizer industry 100% state-owned by governments of Republic of Indonesia. When i was there, learning about air converted to be an ammonia. Ammonia was reacted with nitrogen to be an urea solution. I also learnt about river water treatment, power plant and natural gas distribution. Final project from my supervisior was calculating mass balance and heat efficiency High Pressure Decomposer (HPD) in real time. HPD is an equipment to separate ammonium carbamate from urea solution with controlled temperature and pressure. Top product of HPD is transfered to next equipment named Evaporator as a hot fluid. Bottom product is an urea solution and pumped to evaporator to evaporate water content in urea solution. Pusri final product is a prill urea with high concentration up to 99,9% (w/w).

Winter project named ToYogyakarta Project by Aiesec at UPN. ToYogyakarta or arguably ToYo focuses on water distribution in a small village in Bantul, Yogyakarta. We created the installation of pvc water pipe from the top of the hill to the village located at the base of the hill. Engineering tools and theories were applied in the ToYo project. We've used gravity to distribute water. We also added zeolite and silica sand compounds to convert into clean water. Silica and zeolite are natural filters and it is easy to wash those compounds. My responsible job were to implement my research from laboratory to a big quantity in field and searched for funding and got up to IDR 25 million.
