Manage daily operations of NPK fertilizer plant which includes production planning, inventory control, maintenance, quality analysis, and logistics. Oversee and ensure the production and quality is at the optimal specifications. Prepare production report to analyze and solve technical issues. Develop estimates for the production costs and maintain the expenditures to be within given budget. Establish administrative policies, procedures and standard for the new plant. Coordinate production activities with other units and confer with the upper management. Perform preventive maintenance and performance monitoring as certified competent person for scrubber operations (CePSO)
