As an entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, I place innovation and strategic thinking at the core of my professional journey. I am proud to be the co-founder of University4Society, Turkey's largest entrepreneurship network. Through this platform, we have provided training and mentorship to over 5,000 students in more than 90 universities, contributing to the spread of an entrepreneurial culture. Another important milestone in my entrepreneurial journey was co-founding Restearn, where we developed innovative solutions to help restaurants analyse customer data and increase their revenues. In partnership with Anadolu Efes, we improved the operational and customer-centric processes of more than 50 restaurants. This experience gave me a deep insight into the food and beverage industry. I also co-founded The Thirty Birds, a company that provides data-driven consulting services. At The Thirty Birds, we analyse customer, employee and user data to provide innovative solutions and growth strategies for businesses. Currently, I am the Russia Business and Operations Strategist at Karaca, one of Turkey's leading home and lifestyle brands. I manage logistics, business development and e-commerce operations and contribute to Karaca's growth objectives in the Russian market. With my strategic thinking, data analysis and team management skills, I add value to Karaca's success in international markets. Driven by a vision to develop sustainable business models and create global impact, I continue to share my knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and strategy while pursuing new projects and business opportunities to create meaningful value.
