Working as Rotating Equipment Engineer on CPF Faihaa Facility (Block-9) producing 400,000 BPD of Oil and 150 MMSCFD Gas. Following are the major JDs:1. Inventory Management of Centrifugal Pumps and Compressors installed at the Facility2. Development of PM Plans for Export Gas Compressor BCL306 and HP Compressor BCL4053. Inventory Management and PM Planning of Screw Type Stabilized Overhead Compressors 3. Development of PM Plan for multiple stage Centrifugal Type Export Pumps4. PM Plans and Inventory Management of RPP Gas Turbines5. Development of Master Datasheets for Compressors and Pumps installed at site6. Support to Reliability team in developing recommendations as per vibrational and thermographic data and its close out to improvement Reliability and Availability of the rotating equipment7. Development of Bill of material of Rotary Equipment8. Skill development of local and expat technicians through training and awareness sessions9. Carry out troubleshooting and RCAs of different operational and maintenance issues arising in pumps and compressors

•Looking after the planning, maintenance and spares ordering of Waukesha 16V275GL+ Engines and Ariel KBZ-4 Compressors•Ensuring link between project engineering specialists and operational departments •Responsible for the maintenance of Rolls Royce KB501 and Solar Saturn 10 Gas Turbines •Conduct Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for rotating equipment and improve their reliability and availability•Administer the performance-monitoring program for rotating equipment (including compressor / Pump performance, vibration analysis, thermo-graphic surveys and oil sampling)•Assist in developing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance plans and procedures for all rotating equipment.•Facilitate investigations into rotating equipment failures or incidents to identify root causes.•Optimize the performance and operating conditions of rotating equipment for efficiency and reliability enhancement.•Develop and review maintenance procedure, work instruction and check sheet for rotating equipment and apply best practices.•Analyze rotating equipment failure data recorded via CMMS; (verify technical content) produce reports defining equipment performance, repeat failures and MTBF. •Coordinate with the Maintenance Divisions to assist in determining and predicting rotating equipment components’ life using appropriate reliability tools, such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Mean time between failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), to ensure extended operating life of rotating equipment•Inventory management of engines, compressors and pumps installed at these facilities•Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, and other process safety and HSE reviews.•Prepare & Consolidate Life Extension Program for Facility (Preparation works, Planning, Scope to be Performed & Costs)

• Support the team lead in managing all maintenance related tasks through Maximo including the generation of work orders, resource allocation, supervision at site, finalization of reports and final closure in the system by punching all the relevant details in a professional manner to help track the maintenance history of the rotary equipment.• Implement a comprehensive maintenance plan to decrease corrective maintenance jobs on Rotary Equipment (Engines, Compressors, Power Gensets, Pumps and Coolers) through implementation of optimized Preventive and Predictive Maintenance regime on the units.• Assist in managing routine operation / troubleshooting and execution of Top end maintenances on Caterpillar/ Waukesha engines and Ariel Compressors• Prepare job safety and risk assessment of relevant rotary equipment ensuring the recognition, prevention and mitigation of operational hazards associated with the maintenance of rotary equipment to meet the LTI targets as per company policy.• Provide proactive engineering support to team lead in the maintenance activities of rotary equipment at production plants and associated off-site facilities. Perform day-to-day tasks, based on operational requirements, in order to ensure the maintenance activities are planned, resourced and executed in optimized manner in close coordination with all relevant stack holders to ensure maximum availability of the rotary equipment.• Assist in capturing all lessons learnt during maintenance activities and ATAs and highlight the same in the maintenance reports to ensure that the lessons learnt are implemented in the future to maximum production and reduce downtime• Assist in analyzing equipment failure modes and breakdowns to establish improvement plans. Respond efficiently and skillfully, to any breakdown or corrective maintenance requirement on the mechanical equipment and ensuring all mechanical-works are performed, in time, to relevant quality, safely and within the budget.

Maintenance Team Player:• Leading Compression Team in routine and non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance of Waukesha VHP Series Engines (P930GSI, F3514GSI, L7044GSI), CAT (G3512LE, G3516C, G3616LE) and Ariel Compressors (JGT, JGK, JGJ, KBZ)• Assisting the mechanical maintenance team, in routine and non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance of gas and diesel generator engines, Air compressors, NGUs, Sales Gas Compression system, Mechanical Refrigeration Unit and PD/Centrifugal pumps to ensure smooth running of rotary equipment.• Writing technical reports on all mechanical maintenance related works/projects and preparation of proposals, technical specifications and feasibility reports for processing plant modifications and new projects.• Review of spare part holdings, ordering spares, carrying out stores inspections and maintaining adequate• Technical evaluation of vendor quotations & contracts.• Planning, execution and monitoring of routine/scheduled maintenance relevant to all mechanical equipment along with preparation and up-gradation of maintenance procedures. Assisting management in preparation of mechanical maintenance budget, control and forecast of budget.• Identifying a clear scope of work/supply and accordingly plan/schedule the engineering activities and manpower resource.
