The applied physics laboratory is a faculty laboratory that organizes basic physics practicums for 7 majors in the engineering faculty with more than 700 engineering faculty students in 2023/2024. Therefore, as an applied physics laboratory assistant, must to required to organize, manage, evaluate and develop basic physics practicum.

Experiment division is a division in the management of physics laboratories which is the core of the basic physics practicum. Being the compiler of the practicum implementation timeline and the design of the practicum course.1. Coordinating preparations for the socialization of basic physics practicum for the odd semester 2023/2024 as the beginning of the implementation of basic physics practicum including preparation of time, place, rundown, dress code and socialization schedule. 2. Planning the course of the practicum including scheduling, preparing practicum files, and theories contained in the practicum as well as carrying out basic physics practicum for 6 departments of first year engineering faculty students.3. Facilitated, directed, taught, and guided first year students in basic physics practicum in implementing basic physics courses with a total of 311 students for odd semesters.4. Providing assessments for preliminary tests, oral tests, data collection and final practical reports to fulfill grades in basic physics practical courses.5. Preparing prospective assistants as the next generation by guiding and training them through several stages such as microteaching, oral tests, report preparation, and accountability hearings.6. Evaluate the course of practicum in the odd semester for improvement in the next semester and period.

August 2022, Became one of 50 engineering faculty students who registered, passed the selection (administrativetest, written test, interview test and microteaching test), and became one of 12 people who could continue at the Co-Assistant internshipSeptember 2022 - July 2023: Co-Assistant internship which includes:1. Data retrival for practicum modules (pesawat atwood, hukum kekekalan momentum, modulus young, panas jenis & kalorimeter, rangkaian listrik, viskositas fluida, bandul reversibel, koefisien muai panjang and voltameter tembaga) and deepened understanding of the theory of the modules.2. Assistance (leading the practicum) in basic physics practicum with the same module as data retrivalas well as providing an assessment of basic physics practitioners.3. Leading the scheduling process for data collection and assisting all co-assistants with a total of 12 people from 6 different departments.4. Complete the report from data collection with a total of 5 modules in the odd semester within 10 days and a total of 4 modules in the even semester within 7 days.5. Carrying out accountability hearings for the results of data collection and assistance in odd semesters and even semesters. 6. Became the chief organizer of the basic physics practical socialization for the even semester 2022/2023 with a total attendance of ±350 students.7. Became the coordinator of the public relations division at the appointment of co-assistant and handover of the position of assistant coordinator in the 2023/2024 period.

As secretarial, administrative management is the main task. Apart from that, there is other work that has been done.1. Implement administrative order in the Himamet FT UNTIRTA.2. Register, manage and organize ±50 incoming letters for Himamet and outgoing letters from Himamet. 3. Served as a note taker at several Himamet meetings and managed the records of the meeting results.4. Coordinate the Himamet picket of the PSDM department every monday.5. Carrying out group pickets at cleaning day events in several periods.

The integrated laboratory internship program is an activity held by the integrated laboratory of sultan ageng tirtayasa university. In its implementation, this activity is divided based on the tools used such as XRD, SEM and many other.The X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) tool is in the nanomaterials laboratory which is used to analyze the crystal structure, elemental composition, and constituent molecules. As a material, an understanding of this needs to be done so that it can be used in the future.

As an engineer, understanding and skills are not only limited to field work. Expertise in the design process that includes simulation is also needed. In this activity, I gained a lot of insight into the world of simulation and modeling. We learned about the basics of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) such as stress, strain, and deformation in a structure. In this simulation, I used Ansys Workbench software to determine the aspects that I wanted to consider.

- Developing existing human resources in the organization to improve the quality of the organization.- Monitoring or collecting data regarding the condition of all students receiving Bidikmisi scholarships and KIP-K Faculty of Engineering. - Carrying out the Simbadiksi work program (KIP-K and Bidikmisi Student Gathering) in 2022 and 2023 as coordinator of the public relations division and member of the public relations division.
