My primary focus is on introducing innovative digital ideas and technology into our services.Before this role, I served as a "Product Expert -Konnect & Digital Channels" in the Financial Inclusion Department at HBL, Pakistan's largest Fintech institution. During my tenure, I played a fundamental role in launching the Konnect mobile wallet application and Merchant Management System. I was also responsible for designing cutting-edge banking solutions to cater to both online and offline customers.
