Working as a lead BPM consultant for a large professional body for engineers, I have delivered four business process transformation and implementation projects to date. Automated business processes have reduced time taken to process applications by 90% and have significantly improved client's ability to monitor and manage their business processes. I have been responsible for the following;- Leading workshops with client to analyze their as-is business processes and proposing and designing to-be business processes .- Designing solution to integrate business processes with financial system for all payments; The credit card payments made during different phases of a business process by the customer are interfaced with Oracle EBS in real time. - Designing and building complex workflows for both internal staff as well as customers/members to approve, assess and manage / administer work items.- Designing and building business process interfaces to integrate with end user interface.- Designing canonical data models for business processes.
