My journey started at Shifa International Hospitals Ltd., one of Pakistan's leading hospitals, where I served as an HR Officer. I managed the credentialing process for paramedical and administrative staff and implemented hospital policies and regulations.From there, I moved on to the MDTF World Bank Project “Southern Area Development Project Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” under the Local Government Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Manager HR & Administration, overseeing both administrative and HR activities.Most recently, I completed my assignment as Manager Recruitment & Training with PEOPLE “Polio Eradication Program” .
