Currently working with “Dubai Petroleum Establishment (DPE) as Senior Production Specialist (CRO) in Offshore production facility and my duties includes: • Monitoring and adjusting unit process variables utilizing Emerson Delta V DCS and Allen Bradley PLC to ensure safe efficient and proper operations of compressor trains, high pressure water injection pumps, satellite well head platforms , vacuum towers and Utilities( filtered Sea Water, Power Generation).• Commissioning and startup of plant process, development of SOPs and PSSR.• Maintaining production schedules, providing work guidelines to field operators to maintain plant operation & documenting shift activities. Using apps like MAXIMO & ORACLE to raise maintenance work orders. • Preparing Daily and monthly production reports and maintaining of day-to-day activities logs, Audit reports, bypass register logs, Long Term Isolation logs, Car sealed Data sheet and Locked valve status logs. • Optimizing the oil wells in unmanned platforms from SCADA by following the Company SOP’s.• Ensuring of all non-routine or CM/PM activities are followed under PTW system, TRA & LOTO.• Providing an effective handover to relievers, take the lead in case of any emergencies. • Performed additional duties as outlined by management & provide support to shift Supervisor. • Maintaining chemical and Consumables stocks by coordinate with the warehouse & Planners.• Being a member of HSE committee actively participating in HSE meetings & raise suggestions.• Co-ordination with maintenance teams for Annual turn around jobs, Planned & Unplanned jobs. • Organizing the safe execution of maintenance jobs & starting the unit with minimum down time.• Training the new employees and guide them to work proactively by sharing them the experience and emergency handling during process upset or during any abnormal condition. • Ensuring of all PM, CM, Integrity checks of plant & inspection are performed on right frequency.

1-MOL PAKISTAN OIL & GAS CO B.V. (6-SEP, 2010 to 27 Nov,2013)MOL Pakistan is incorporated in Netherlands and is a subsidiary of MOL Hungary Plc. I have worked at 02 processing fields of MOL Pakistan as a filed and Panel operator.1-Panel Operator at Makori Gas Production Facilities, KPK Pakistan (30-March-2011 to 27 Nov,2013)An upstream natural gas Processing facility comprising of inlet 3-Phase Separator, MEG Gas Dehydration and propane Refrigeration based HCDP control Units design capacity 38 MMscfd, Hot Oil system, Flash Gas compressor, 7000 Barrels per day Condensate stabilization facility.Being deputed as PANEL OPERATOR participated in:• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, capacity enhancement and De-bottlenecking of Makori EPF.• Shutdown and Cold/Warm start-up activities of Gas wells, Inlet Separators, Heat Medium system, Fired Heaters and Re-boilers, Refrigeration unit, Distillation, Absorption Column and Instrument Air Packages.2 -Field Operator at Central Processing Facility Manzalai, KPK Pakistan (06-Sep-2010 to 30-March-2011)An upstream natural gas Processing facility comprising of inlet slug catcher, 3-Phase Separator, two TEG Gas Dehydration trains 150MMsfd each, Cold Box and JT-Valve based HCDP control Units, Hot Oil system, Flash Gas compressor, 6000 Barrels per day Condensate stabilization facility.• Monitoring of gas treatment plant and crude stabilization units, prepared equipment for maintenance, LOTO, Samples and Data collection, routinely perform visual inspection on process equipment, corrective action on abnormal events and system failures. • Retained crude oil tank levels and flow rates to meet RVP requirements • Performed minor mechanical work and routine equipment maintenance. • Loaded and unloaded treatment plant chemicals. • Monitored flows, pressures, chemical feeds levels. • Conducted safety inspections and followed safety rules and procedure.

2-PAK ARAB FERTILIZERS MULTAN PAKISTAN (15-June, 2008 to 5-Sep, 2010)Pak Arab Fertilizer is a large complex having NH3 Plant designed by Kellogg international using natural gas, steam, and air in three steps. Capacity of this plant is 960 MTPD I worked as filed operator in reforming area of Ammonia plant and handled following equipments: • Steam turbine driven Multistage BFW pumps • Induced Draft Furnace with Reforming coils Radiant & convection section• Auxiliary boiler as 100kg/cm2 pressure steam producer• Tubular waste heat boiler (Bayonet type).• Hydrogen compressorAs a field operator Ammonia plant my duties were :• Maintaining and preparation of log sheets for assigned units and systems. Recording of any special occurrences during the shift and informing to Shift supervisor.• Coordination with operational staff about plant operation job handing over/ taking over, process optimization and startup of the machines after fault rectifications• Writing the logbook in time and in details for relievers.• Development of Block Diagrams, PFD's and P&IDs of plant as per changes.• Acquaintance with the operation of different firefighting equipment’s and their use.
