1. ELCA - Reviewing customer acceptance documents if they agree to the offered products. Ensuring the offered protection and payment are approved by the customer for processing.2. Reviewing proposal forms and sending them to GELM for further processing.NFTF - Reviewing documentation for Great Eastern Takaful's products like i-Great Nova and i-Great Medi Harapan. Ensuring information such as the policyholder's name and coverage are consistent.ESUB - Reviewing sensitive information to be sent to underwriters for new cases offered and sold to customers.
