- Top Performer Drilling Supervisor.- HPHT / Deep Wells Experience.- Manage the HSE performance of the rig in compliance with Company HSE policies and procedures.- Report, investigate, follow-up and ensure close-out of all onsite incidents and near-misses relating to personnel, equipment and procedures promptly.- Ensure Kill Sheet is always updated & supervise all BOP Tests.- Perform internal Audits & Ensure Weekly Drills (Kick, H2S, Fire, Stripping…etc.) are conducted with the best performance.- Ensure site team members have a clear understanding of the objectives of the operations and their roles in delivering these objectives.- Ensure that all contractors perform in accordance with the relevant contract.- Strong Deal in working on high H2S Wells & operations in Environmentally Sensitive Areas like Wadi El Rayan protected area.- Supervise all Rig Activities (Drilling, Logging, Casing, Cementing, Completion, Testing, Fishing & Rig Mobilization) in Safe, Timely & Cost-Effective manner.- Optimize & Test Drilling Fluids properties to deliver high performance, prevent formation damage & Mud-Related problems.- Optimizing Bit Performance to achieve Maximum Safe ROP.- Strong deal in Well Stimulation Processes & Artificial Lift installation.- Complete end of well reports (EOWR) and capture post well lessons learned.
