Helps sales organization to complete their sales within timeline given.- Handle all invoice, staff claim, purchase order and responsible for renewal office license.*( On-field operation ) - work independently and less supervise to complete daily task (key-in data) via Etrust application and arrange task management with team.- Work with the team members to plan and work out a workable incentive, contest or activities organization.- Responsible for stock checking and stock report to make sure all stock under safety level. Manage all stock transfer for related branch if needed.*( Problem Solving ) - Identify and resolve customer problem regarding their contract, payment issue, fraud sales and wrong data key-in/use.*Receive and answering phone call related for inquiry from customer or internal department.*Maintain a strict code of professionalism of service on and off working hours.*Responsible for monthly data analysis and department reports.*Gathers and compiled data manually from regional or nationwide from system data, performs comparison analysis and/or summary analysis report following schedule (by weekly or monthly basis)*Able to design an incentive framework as well as analyze the post result of all incentives*Responsible for office appliance and checking office condition and make sure office in good condition. *Report to related department using GW portal if facing office condition issue.*Handle disposal fix asset at office and report for decision to add fix asset.*Handles any assigned ad hoc task

*Cash management - Responsible of cash register to make sure the cash and coin are enough for smooth transaction. -Checking all sale payment in system tally with cash on hand.*Customer service - Possess good attitude toward customer and serve customer what they need.*Product management - Receive goods and arrange using template provided by employer.*Checking oil stock level and make a report to supervisor
