As a Customer Retention and Service Manager at Astra Credit Companies (ACC), I lead a team of sales, service and admin officers to provide excellent service and retention solutions to our clients. I also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in higher revenue and retention rates for ACC.I have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, which I honed through my education and experience. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Diponegoro University, where I also won the First Entrepreneur Award for my innovative project.I joined ACC as a Leadership Development Program participant, where I learned the fundamentals of project management, communication, and analytical skills. I then progressed to become the Sales Officer Head, where I led and mentored a team of sales officers to achieve and exceed our sales targets. After 1 year serving as a sales supervisor, i received a promotion to serve as Operation Manager at Jambi Branch, Which made me one of the fastest to rise to the position of Branch Leader.I am always eager to learn new things and adapt to new challenges, and I am passionate about creating value for ACC and our customers.
