I hold the Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) credential from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and have more than 21 years of experience in financial stewardship, board level advisory, and business partnering.My core competencies include financial planning and management, performance management, best practices, robust control structures, financial reporting, and business valuation. I have successfully led and carried out various projects such as financial feasibility studies, business process re-engineering, merger and acquisition due diligence, ERP project management, market research and benchmarking, and management information reporting and consolidation systems. As the former Head of Finance at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences, I founded the finance department and established and aligned the business goals with the stakeholders during the development period. I have also served as a leader in providing assurance services in five service streams for world-class organizations, including two of the Big Four (PwC, KPMG).I am passionate about enhancing business performance and delivering value to my clients and partners through timely and relevant financial solutions.
