Have over 20 years of experience in training, coaching and managing local and globally distributed design engineers. Capable of developing multiple products with a cross-functional team meeting customer specifications and aggressive timeline while meeting target cost and gross margin. Specialized in taking a product from concept to volume produciton working with technologists, engineering, account team, global product support, manufacturing, supplier commodity and quality team applying sound engineering principals and practical applications. Have extensive experience in managing suppliers for built-to-print parts machining, assembly production, and OEM components development and integration. Also have experience taking new coating and cleaning technologies from C&F to Production.
