Responsible for receiving, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server racks dedicated toMachine Learning, EC2, EBS, and Networking. Monitored over 800 server racks to ensure continuousavailability for customers. Played a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and reliabilityof data centers. This experience enhanced my expertise in data center operations and deepened myunderstanding of the critical role that infrastructure reliability plays in supporting advancedtechnologies and customer satisfaction.

Primary focus is on networking, end host and access point troubleshooting, connectivity, and operations technology, I provide comprehensive IT support to users. My responsibilities include repairs, software installations, Active Directory management, and user account administration. I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve high-impact issues and develop scripts for automation to improve efficiency.In my role, I provision Cisco switches, DHCP and DNS servers, manage end-user equipment, and create VLANs for various devices. My experience includes launching and operating two sites, Kariba and Fulfillment Center, and providing remote support. I also participate in weekly on-call rotations, ensuring consistent availability for resolving critical issues.
