As a Mentor of Mathematics I had the responsibility to mentor the students from the underprivileged areas of Sindh for making their bar rise to enter into a premium business school. The core focus was laid on improving their skills at Mathematics to make them perform better at the IBA Aptitude Test. I worked as a teacher and more than that as an elder brother. My responsibilities also included keeping a constant check on their improved performance and hence designing the future strategy to meet the long term objective. The program was also designed by me in course of this job, and I was solely responsible for progress in terms of mathematical skills in my students.

Responsibilities included making presentations to the Board of Directors on various Opportunity Briefs of the organizations that may serve as potential grantors to TCF. Work also included making proposals for International Potential Donor Organisations keeping into consideration the interest of my company and the criteria for awarding grants by the other party. A special assignment of dealing with the Government of Sindh was also assigned to me and including coordinating with Govt. officials in regards to a project of building labs at various TCF campuses. Also it was my responsiblity to filter out the limited number of schools that may benefit from this opportunity. Furthermore, a proposal was forwarded by me to Akhuwat Foundation which was later accepted and a visit was paid to TCF headquarters by three of its officials.
