About Muhammad Reza Pahlevi
I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Syiah Kuala University with a GPA of 3.61. During my studies, I developed in-depth knowledge in mechanical engineering, especially engineering design and simulation. My commitment to learning allowed me to complete my studies on time while exploring various opportunities for self-development through academic projects and extracurricular activities. Some of the significant lecturer projects I worked on include the design of a refugee tent for BNPB Aceh with airflow simulation using Ansys, the design of a casting mold with fluid flow analysis, and the design of a cardamom peeler and iron crusher that were submitted for copyright. In addition to academic activities, I am active in the Seulawah Team organization, where I am responsible for the design and manufacture of racing aircraft, including repairing the aircraft body to improve its performance. I am also involved in the Society of Renewable Energy, leading educational programs and seminars related to the use of renewable energy. In the professional field, I have an internship experience at PT. Medco E&P Malaka as a Maintenance Engineer, focusing on damage analysis (Root Cause Analysis) on SKF 2311 bearings and the implementation of FMEA and RCM on the QSX15 Series Fire Pump. In addition, at PT. Pema Global Energy, I serve as a Facility Engineer, responsible for supervising machine maintenance, pipe corrosion analysis, oil and gas processing processes, and pigging processes. My great interest in simulation engineering and the oil and gas industry drives me to continue honing my skills in this field. My experience as a computer laboratory assistant and computational mechanics has enriched my expertise in teaching basic Python and CAE using FEMAP, as well as supporting static and dynamic simulation research using Ansys. I am very excited to contribute to innovative projects that support sustainability and operational efficiency in the oil and gas industry. Student Intern
PT. Neosia Pratama Indonusa, also known as Neosia Training Center, is an engineering training institution that focuses on developing skills in engineering design through engineering software training. Founded in 2009, the company has become an official partner of various leading engineering software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and others. Neosia offers internationally certified training programs, including CAD/CAM/CAE and BIM-AEC training, as well as programs within the Kampus Merdeka framework for student development, as one of the MSIB Independent Study participants I learned a lot about solidwork software, Autodesk inventor, autocad, ansys besides that I also learned a lot such as:• Able to design 2D and 3D designs using CAD software, including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360.• Have the ability to perform in-depth structural analysis using Fusion 360 software.• Able to perform dynamic and static analysis using ANSYS software to support precise and efficient design development.
Computational Mechanics Laboratory Assistant
The Computer and Computation Basics Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering, Syiah Kuala University is the main supporting facility for academic and research activities in the field of mechanical engineering, especially in the field of damage analysis on specimens and computation. This laboratory is designed to support students' understanding in the application of computer technology in mechanical engineering analysis and modeling, with a focus on the basics of computation that are relevant to the development of modern technology. as well as the basics of using drawing software such as inventor, autocad and solidwork and analysis using femap and ansys.as a laboratory assistant I have carried out activities such as:• Teaching more than 200 students in basic computational practicum materials, including algorithms and the basics of the Python programming language. Checking the results of the students' coding and static analysis using Femap software.• Organizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) training with participants reaching 30 students to improve technical design skills.• Responsible for managing laboratory-free letters as a requirement for student graduation.• helping students conduct research in the field of static and dynamic analysis using ansys software.
Facility Engineer
