The Computer and Computation Basics Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering, Syiah Kuala University is the main supporting facility for academic and research activities in the field of mechanical engineering, especially in the field of damage analysis on specimens and computation. This laboratory is designed to support students' understanding in the application of computer technology in mechanical engineering analysis and modeling, with a focus on the basics of computation that are relevant to the development of modern technology. as well as the basics of using drawing software such as inventor, autocad and solidwork and analysis using femap and ansys.as a laboratory assistant I have carried out activities such as:• Teaching more than 200 students in basic computational practicum materials, including algorithms and the basics of the Python programming language. Checking the results of the students' coding and static analysis using Femap software.• Organizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) training with participants reaching 30 students to improve technical design skills.• Responsible for managing laboratory-free letters as a requirement for student graduation.• helping students conduct research in the field of static and dynamic analysis using ansys software.

At PGE, as an intern facility engineer, I learned a lot about the oil and gas drilling process, and also analyzed several incidents during my internship, such as:• Conducting thorough inspections and evaluations of the condition of machines, equipment, and systems to identify significant repair needs in each cluster.• Analyzing critical components that have the potential to wear or break to ensure operational reliability.• Supervising the drilling process to oil and gas processing, and ensuring that the exploration flow from the cluster to the processing point (Point B - PAG) runs optimally.• Designing the concept of a gas turbine system, including understanding the structure and function of the components used as energy generators.• Carrying out preventive and periodic maintenance to minimize the risk of machine or equipment failure.• Prepare technical reports related to corrosion rate analysis on underground pipelines with coating protection, to increase system durability.

At Medco I was an intern maintenance engineer for 1 month, as an intern engineer I learned a lot of new things and helped analyze several obstacles during the internship, such as:• Conducting inspections and evaluations of the condition of machines, equipment, or systems in each cluster to identify major repair needs.• Developing the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) concept for the QSX15 Series Fire Pump, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to improve system reliability and efficiency.• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on bearing components in the blower, by analyzing the causes of failure such as corrosion, wear, and fatigue. In addition, distinguishing between genuine and counterfeit bearing products, especially on SKF 2311.• Implement Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for Fire Pump QSX15 Series, by mapping potential failures on each component to minimize operational risks.
